When an item is marked Reserve, it means that it is only available for a short-term loan. Professors teaching a specific course often place high-demand items in the reserve collection so that more students are able to access the material.

Reserve items are located behind the Circulation Desk on the main floor of the library. To request an item held on reserve, you need to bring the call number of the item to the Circulation Desk. Instructions on how to find the call number for Reserve items are available here.
