Table of contents services (also called Alerts and RSS feeds) are designed to keep you up-to-date with information about the latest journal publications as they become available.  Most journals and databases offer this service. Look for options such as Web alerts, RSS feeds, or Search alerts. In many cases, you will be required to set up an account (My Research etc.) to have access to these alerting services.
