How can I email or save articles from library databases?
Most databases allow you to email articles or citations. Look for the option to select records, or add records to a folder. You can then email the articles or citations to an email address of your choice.
If there is no option to email the article, we recommend saving the document to a USB key, or emailing it to yourself as an attachment after first saving it to the desktop.
If you wish to save citations for more permanent use, we recommend using citation management software, such as RefWorks. RefWorks is a web-based bibliographic citation manager that allows you to collect, save and organize bibliographic citations to journal articles, books, websites and other sources that you have found during your research.
