To see which items you have already placed on hold, go to Your Library Account. You can also access this by clicking the Renew - Library Account button on the main library home page.

You can login using:

  • your my.ryerson username and password OR
  • first or last name and your OneCard barcode (13 digits, no spaces)

On the left-hand side of the screen is a menu with a link that says requests (holds). Clicking the link will show details about the items you have placed on hold.

If it says 0 requests (holds) this means you do not have any books on hold.

If you have questions about your holds, please call the Circulation Desk at 979-5055, option #2 or email access@ryerson.ca
