Undergraduate and graduate students will be issued a Ryerson One Card during registration week, which is also your library card.  Your One Card can also be used for photocopying and printing on campus, as well as other services.  If you lose your One Card, please report it to the One Card Office immediately.

If you are a Chang School student or LIFE Institute member, you can get a free library card at the Circulation Desk in the Library by showing a paid fee statement, letter of acceptance or LIFE membership card.  You can also choose to purchase a One Card for $20, and activate it for use as your library card.  Library cards must be re-validated each term that you are enrolled in a course.

Loan periods depend on individual items, but generally books may be borrowed for 2 weeks, with 3 renewals. Only 2 reserve items and 3 periodicals/maps may be borrowed at the same time.
